I understand my child needs my support to be regular in attendance and on time to classes in order to gain the most benefit and enjoyment from the program. I promise to be an involved and supportive "Mama or Papa Kat"!

I have read a copy of Katdance policies and will carefully follow the rules and policies therein. (KatDance Policies available through 'Files' in your Parent Portal or on the KatDance.studio website under 'Tuition/Policies'. I further understand that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, illness or injury that may result from my or my child’s participation with Katdance, and I voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation. I will not hold Katdance or any of the facilities that host Katdance classes liable for any loss, illness or injury that may occur.

I agree to allow photographs or video footage of my child for use in studio promotional materials and Katdance website, without claim to royalties or compensation. Katdance will always use the utmost care when choosing to use such media. If I do not agree with this, I can opt out by visiting the WAIVERS section of my parent portal once I have logged in.
