Each class is only offered once weekly. There are not any makeup classes if your child is absent and misses a class. No money is credited or refunded if you are absent.

Participation Release
Thank you for your continued support and trust in The EPIC Center. As with the transmission of any communicable disease like a cold or the flu, you may be exposed to COVID-19, also known as the Coronavirus, at any time or in any place. Be assured that we have always followed state and federal regulations to limit the transmission of all diseases in our studio. There is always a chance that you could be exposed to an illness in the studio, just as you might be at your gym, grocery store, or favorite restaurant. Although we have taken several measures to provide social distancing and contactless participation, please know that participation in The EPIC Center is AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Although exposure is unlikely, I do accept the risk and consent to participation. I do hereby agree to adhere to all of the The Epic Center safety guidelines and measures to help stop the transmission of COVID-19.
I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS The EPIC Center their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“RELEASEES”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IF FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

I do hereby hold harmless JESSICa Cooper, The Epic Center, and any/all teachers/instructors conducting classes at The Epic Center & Fine Arts Foundation at 1 Park Place Haines City, FL 33844 from any injuries incurred or aggravated, any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged while at any dance classes, functions, or events involving JESSICa Cooper, The Epic Center, and any/all teachers/instructors of The Epic Center.

We bill monthly, on the first of every month. You are charged for the dance season divided into monthly installments. There are 35 weeks in the year that you are paying for, therefore, you are charged the same amount each month regardless of holiday breaks

In the event that you are unable to reach me, in the case of accident or injury, I give my permission for treatment as deemed necessary by staff or emergency personnel.

I hereby grant permission to The Epic Center to record my childs name, voice, photograph, video, image, likeness, and performance(s) for advertisement and memory-sake on social media. I agree that the video/photograph or derivative video may be edited as desired and used in whole or in part for any and all broadcasting, streaming media, World Wide Web use, audio-visual, and or/ exhibition purposes in any manner or media, in perpetuity, throughout the world. I understand that I have no rights in the video or any benefits derived therefrom, and I acknowledge that there are no promises of compensation for participating in the production of videos/photographs taken this dance year. This consent specifically includes, but is not limited to, The Epic Center use of my childs name, likeness, voice, image, and performance in connection with promotion of The Epic Center activities.
I hereby release The Epic Center and its employees from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, and suits, including, but not limited to, claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, breach of contract, or other breach of duty arising out of my childs appearance in the videos and images that may be used throughout the dance year.
I represent that I have the right to enter into this Agreement and that my performance and the rights I have granted in this agreement will not conflict with or violate any commitment or understanding I have with any other person or entity.

* No parents in the classroom EXCEPT when Tiny Tot parents are invited for their watch nights (Tiny Tot parent watch nights fall on the following- Last week of September, before Thanksgiving break, first week of February, and first week of April).
*Please be respectful of other families and staff in the lobby.
*No running anywhere in the building
*Students should be prepared with a water/snack. We have a water cooler only for our after school students. We have snacks and drinks for sale in the lobby for $1.
*Tuition & Registration fees are non-refundable. .
*Any late tuition will have a $10 late fee.
*If class minimums are not met, EPIC has the right to discontinue a class any time throughout the year.
*Any account that becomes delinquent will be sent for collections. Accounts that go to collections will be responsible for all attorney fees in addition to your delinquent account.
