Fees: Only cash or payment through the online portal is accepted. The termly registration fee is to be paid upfront upon registering for classes with the remainder of the fees due by the end of week 1 of the term. If full payment cannot be made in full by week 1 then you can sign up to Auto Pay (prior to the term commencing) which will automatically take out 25% of fees in week 2,4,6 & 8. A $15 penalty fee will be applied to any transaction that declines. If fail to pay fees by the end of the 1st week without being signed up to Auto Pay you will be charged a late fee of $15 each week after the due date until your bill is fully paid.
If for some reason fees are unpaid you or your child WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE and TURNED AWAY until term fees are fully up to date. If you or your child decides half way through the term that they are not wanting to continue the rest of the term the FULL amount on your invoice still needs to be paid or you will be charged a higher casual fee for the previous weeks leading up to the decision.
Enrolment: A non-refundable term enrolment fee of $15 is required at time of enrolment to secure your booking. You will be asked each term to re-select your class in our online portal which you are wanting to enroll into with a 2-week window before the class is opened to new students and enrolments. If you miss this enrolment period and the class which you are wanting to enroll into is full then unfortunately no acceptations will be made. All students are required re-enroll for the commencement of a new year.
Missed Classes: All fees are non-refundable and missed classes can be `made up’ if notified prior to the commencement of missed lesson. There is a maximum of 2 classes to be made up per student per term. If you miss your scheduled make up lesson then you will miss the chance to remake up that class. No missed classes will be carried over to the next term. No credits will be given.
Cancelling classes: Classes may be cancelled if no students have arrived within the first 5 minutes of class commencement time with no refunds given. If classes are cancelled due to uncontrollable conditions and circumstances (storms, loss of power etc.) classes may be re-scheduled however if not possible to reschedule then no refunds will be submitted.
Watching Classes: We would love for all students to get the most out of their class without the distraction of parents and siblings in the studio room. Due to this we ask that only participating students are allowed in the room while classes are commencing.
There will be a presentation at the end of term 3 where parents and guardians will be invited into the class where their child can show them the wonderful new things they have learnt throughout the term.
Child Collection and Drop Off: Students must be dropped off inside venue and picked up inside the venue. All children are encouraged to wait inside if their Parent or Guardian hasn't arrived after class however we are not responsible for any child outside of class time.
