Fees and Tuition
Monthly Tuition is based on the length of enrolled classes. Additional Costume and Recital Fees are due at a later date specified in your Parent Portal. Any missed classes for any reason can be made up in another existing class of the same age group and likeness; there are no refunds for missed classes. Adding classes after the start of the dance season will incur additional charges in the form of tuition and costume fees. Registration of an additional class via the Parent Portal is your acknowledgment of & acceptance of these fees.
All Fees and Tuition are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Auto-Draft Payment, ISF Fees, & Late Fees
A credit/debit card is required with registration to be auto-drafted each month at the applicable installment rate. Without a credit/debit card on file to establish auto-draft, you may ONLY enroll by session with the entire session fee due upfront. Auto-draft is to be run on the first of each month and again on the 15th of the month for all failed payments. If the card on your account is declined twice without prior written notice, late fees will be applied to your account. Any account over 30 days past due, without written notice, will result in the dancer being asked to sit and observe class until the account is paid to current. Once an account becomes 60 days past due, the accounts entire balance must be paid in order for the dancer to return to class.

Late fees accrue at 10% of your accounts current balance each month. Payments are due on the FIRST and a grace period extends until the FIFTEENTH of the month. On the SIXTEENTH, late fees will be added. Any other charges to your account (i.e. retail, show tickets, etc.) that are not paid within 30 days of due/order date will also accrue a late fee. The late fee will be added EACH month at a rate of 10%. Any student with unpaid fees on recital date, without written notice and payment expectation, will be pulled from the show and will not be allowed to perform. All outstanding payments are still expected to be paid and will continue to accrue late charges until paid in full. Any account with a balance 90 days overdue will be sent to a collection agency. Any fees charged by the agency will be added to the amount of the final bill.

Early Drop Off / Late Pick-Up Fees
We do not have staff members to watch your child before or after class time. Please stay with your child until the teacher calls them into class and be prompt picking them up. A “sitting” fee may be applied to your account if a staff member must wait with your child after class ends or is dropped off unattended before class. These fees will incur in the form of the teachers hourly rate who is asked to wait with them with a minimum of one hour being applied. These fees will be added to your account and a notice will be sent home.

Video/Photo Release
Parents give permission for their child(ren) to be videotaped and photographed during, but not limited to, performances sponsored by the Studio throughout the dance year. Photographs and video may be used for promotional and marketing purposes limited to Studio Activity.

Changes in Classes and Withdrawal Procedure
All withdrawals from classes must be submitted via email to office staff (office@dancecenterinc.com). Verbal and written notices will not be accepted as official requests of withdrawal. The official date of withdrawal will be made the last day of the month the withdrawal notice is received with no refunds for the month of withdrawal. All costumes of withdrawn students are to become property of the studio and no refund will be issued for any paid costume fees. Any withdrawals after January 1st may result in a $100 per dance restaging fee at teachers discretion. Any changes in classes must be approved by the teacher(s) and the new tuition amount approved by parent/guardian via Parent Portal and written acknowledgment via email.

Liability, Indemnity, and Release
In consideration of the services provided by Dance Center Inc. to my child, I, the undersigned parent or guardian, hereby agree to indemnify and hold Dance Center Inc., its employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with my child's participation in any activities offered by Dance Center Inc., including, but not limited to, accidents, injuries, and property damage.

I understand that there is a risk of injury associated with any physical activity, and I hereby assume all risks of injury to my child, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with my child's participation in any activities offered by Dance Center Inc.

I further agree to waive any and all claims I may have against Dance Center Inc., its employees, agents, and representatives arising out of or in any way connected with my child's participation in any activities offered by Dance Center Inc.

This indemnity and release shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

The parent and child agree to read our handbook and agree to adhere to the dress code and studio policies.
