Student Rules & Dance Studio Policies: *Tuition, registration fees, costumes, choreography, recital tickets, competition fees and workshop fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. *Tuition is due by the first class of every month. Tuition received more than 10 days after the first class of every month will be assessed a late fee of $15. *NSF checks will be charged a $25 fee. *There will be no make-up classes for scheduled studio vacations. You are guaranteed 3-5 weeks of dance class per month. There are no refunds on any missed dance classes. It is your responsibility to come to a make-up class. *Students can make up a class within 4 weeks of their absence due to family emergencies, school functions or illness. *Correct dance attire is mandatory for classes; failure to come prepared may result in dismissal from class. *I will not hold Innovative Movement Dance Company or its instructors, staff or volunteers liable for any injury that is a result from participation in the dance class or studio events. *I give Innovative Movement Dance Company the right and permission to film, photograph or videotape for any reproduction or in any way connected with said televised or filmed event; reproduction for use in any form of advertisement for Innovative Movement Dance Company.
