PROCEDURES & POLICIES:
Thank you for allowing me the privilege of sharing your child for the coming dance season. I hope it will hold pleasant memories for both. My schools’ purpose and most earnest desire is to please you and enrich your child’s life with a proper dance education. To do so, this school has rules and regulations which need to be followed by everyone. The dance season is from August - May. The studio holidays are listed in the parent portal under studio forms and on the back side of this paper. The placement of a student in class, recital, etc. is made with the best interest of the student in mind.
Parents:
>If this is your first year in the studio, return your child’s completed “Consent to Treatment and Release of Liability Form” to Mrs. Donna at your 1st lesson. (You can find this form in the Parent Portal: dbsdance.weebly.com)
>Please ask your child to use the restroom before attending class.
>Please do not drop off your child any earlier than 10 minutes before their class time.
>Students are not allowed to leave the studio until someone calls for them. Please be on time to pick up your child and please instruct your child to wait inside until you call for them. I will not be responsible if they choose to leave by themselves.
>Make sure that your child uses the hand sanitizer before entering the classroom and upon leaving the classroom.
