Rosewood Tuckers “EXPLORERS IN MOTION” TERMS & CONDITIONS FALL 2022 – SUMMER 2024
Rosewood Tuckers Point and In Motion take great pride in the level of professionalism and quality of programs that they offer. In order to maintain this high standard, it is important to have certain policies in place and enforce them accordingly. Please note that where stated, In Motion also includes its agents, employees, and director.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
Our Explorers In Motion programs are well attended and spaces are limited. Once a spot has been held or registered for, it may not be easily filled later on. Any cancellations must be before the 14 days leading up to the event/camp. Participants canceling within the 14 -7 days leading up to the event/camp will be responsible for 50% of the event fee. Any person canceling within 6 days of an event, or with no advance notice, will be charged full event price regardless of attendance. Member accounts will automatically be charged and non-members will be responsible to settle by credit card at the time of the event. In order to keep our numbers manageable and our team numbers accurate, fees will be charged in full regardless of early pick up, half day attendance or non-attendance. Any exceptions to this must be approved by the director.
Camps and events are subject to cancellation if minimum registration numbers are not met, and families will not be charged for cancelled events. Notice of event cancellation will be given approximately 3 days before the scheduled event. For Parents Night Out events we require a 6 person minimum registration and for camps we require a 12 person minimum registration.

EXPLORER INFORMATION:
In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our Explorer’s please be sure to let us know of any special requests or needs they may have, including, but not limited to the following so we can be sure to prepare our team and do our best to accommodate them:
• Please list all relevant medical needs and allergies on your child’s profile and/or notify an In Motion Team Member.
• Please list any special needs or circumstances (relevant to the care of your child) on your child’s profile and/or notify an In Motion Team Member.
• Please notify an In Motion Team member if your child is not a strong swimmer (at relevant swimming events) or if they require swimming.
• Please note that In Motion/Tuckers will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items at camps or events.
AS PER ONLINE REGISTRATION: By clicking “accept” I have read and understood the terms and conditions and this release of liability, and waive any right to sue In Motion, its agents or employees for any accidental injury or loss associated with attending classes.
