PSO(Parent/Student/Owner) Annual Agreement Contract
I. PAYMENT POLICY
ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ENROLLED IN AUTO PAY. All payments are due on the first lesson of the month and will be past due after the 5th. We accept CASH, CHECK & CREDIT CARD. There is a $3.00 convenience charge on all credit card transactions.
Registering an ACH debit Auto Pay is free of charge.
YOU MAY STILL PAY IN THE OFFICE AS LONG AS YOU SET UP WITH THE OFFICE however, a credit card or ACH debit must be on file.
A $25 late fee will be assessed on all unpaid accounts on the 6th of the month.
There will be $35 charge for all returned payments.
Pay Tuition in Full Plan
a. Pay by semester: August-December and January-June receive 5% discount.
b. Pay for year: August-June receive 10% discount.
(PLEASE NOTE A 5% FEE WILL BE ADDED TO UNPAID ACCOUNTS)
30 DAY’S NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN TO WITHDRAW FROM A CLASS.
Your account will be charged until a formal withdrawal has been received in the front office.
3. RECITAL INFORMATION
a. Christmas Show- Held at Southern Junction on Sunday December 3rd, 2023.
(You will purchase a Christmas performance shirt & tickets to this event)
b. Spring Recital - Held at The Majestic Theater Downtown Dallas on June 9th . 2024.
(You will purchase costumes/recital fee/tickets to this performance)
****All shows are optional but are part of the class criteria.
c.Costume Fees for Spring Recital:
Ages 6 & under $70 each
Ages 7 -10 $80 each
Ages 11 & up. $90 each
Costume Payments are due by December 15th.
The Recital is optional but if you want to participate costumes must be purchased by the due date. Combo classes have costumes in multiple subjects. You can choose 1 or participate in all of the combo subjects your child attends. Each subject is a different costume.
d.Spring Recital Fee: DUE FEBRUARY 1 $100 per student $80 per each additional child(Includes deposit, tights & Recital Video)
e. Tickets for Spring Recital $24.50 each 2 & under free but must sit in lap (Goes on sale in May)
4. STUDIO HOLIDAYS
The studio follows the Rockwall ISD school holiday closings. Labor Day, Fall Break, Thanksgiving Break, Christmas/Winter Break, Spring Break, Easter and Memorial Day.
The studio will not close for other small holidays fall break or staff development days.
5. Bad weather and inclement days - The studio will close when Rockwall /Royse City ISD's are closed.
6.NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND WILL BE GIVEN. HOWEVER, if withdrawal occurs prior to attending the first lesson a refund will be given.
I will not hold Dance & Arts Connection, Vicky Staton(owner) or any faculty member liable for any injuries sustained while in class or on the premises of Dance & Arts Connection.
