You must be 18 or older to register for an account for a child or yourself.

I, the parent or guardian, recognize the possibility of physical injury associated with dance, baton, cheer, acrobatics, tumbling and in accepting this student for programs and activities. I hereby release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify all staff and instructors and/or Carolina Superstars Baton & Dance against any claim by or on behalf of the student as a result of the student's participation in the programs. Carolina Superstars Baton & Dance has permission to use photos of my child on their website, social media or other advertising. All program participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage. Carolina Superstars Baton & Dance is not responsible for providing insurance for the students.
