Your personal information is that which identifies you as a unique Conroy Dance Centre Student/Customer. This may include your:

• First & Last Name
• Postal address
• Phone number
• Credit Card Number, Bank Account details & associated requirements to process payments
• Tax file number
• Birth date
• Medical Condition Information
We will only collect your personal information for the primary purpose of providing our programs and services to you. When we collect this information, we will outline why we are collecting it and how we intend to use this before you provide such data.
We only collect, hold, use and disclose personal information for a lawful purpose that is reasonably necessary or directly related to one or more of our functions or activities or where otherwise required or authorised by law.
We will only share selected personal information about our students and/or families for secondary purposes where we are able to do so, for example through registering students for competitions or programs such as eisteddfods, professional performances and shows.
We take all reasonable steps to make sure that the personal information we collect is accurate, up-to-date, complete, and relevant. If you wish to update or remove your personal information from our database, you can email us your request anytime.
Marketing & Communications
At Conroy Dance Centre we love keeping our customers up to date with our latest information and what’s happening with our dance centre family. From time to time, we will produce newsletters, social media posts and marketing materials and we will provide these to you. We may also email you about current programs, exclusive offers, general updates and information that may be determined as being of interest to you.
We will never share your information to third parties for any marketing purposes.

Conroy Dance Centre will take reasonable precautions and follow best business processes to make sure your personal information is held securely and accessed only by our personnel who have a business need to know your information. Our administration practices aim to ensure data is not inappropriately shared, lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

We use social networking services such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram to talk with the public, our dance centre students and families, and our staff. A number of social networking groups may also be private and membership to private groups is at discretion of Conroy Dance Centre Management. Private groups are conducted to protect our children and information pertaining to our dance centre families and our activities.
