Jazzy Bugs 2022 Family Contract
* There will be a $50 per year membership fee on the first day of the month you joined. You will see a number after your name. 1=Jan, 2=Feb and so on.
*Auto Draft card on file is required. This is used for payment arrangements as well as yearly fee.
*Tuition is $15-$16 per class. You will pay by the session or set up an arrangement with us!
*You may join sessions all year or pick and choose which work for your family!
*Siblings may not be on the dance floor, or be a disruption to our classes at any time. If your child is disrupting class please go outside or to the car. Every family has invested equally in class and deserves a respectful learning environment.
*Do not enter more than 10 minutes early.
*Always bring water for your child. Water bottles are available for $1 a piece.
*In the event of severe weather or emergency we will cancel up to 2 classes per year. We will offer make up times in classes where we have openings for appropriate age groups. No refunds will be given for circumstances beyond our control.
*Always come to us for all concerns no matter how small. Our goal is to make Jazzy Bugs a family of mutual respect and love at all times. We value your opinions!
*You may make up an absence in another age appropriate class time when space is available. If you are interested, just ask. Space is limited. Make ups must happen within the session you are enrolled in and cannot be rolled over.
*We do not refund. It is absolutely normal for a child to take time to warm up to a new activity. Please do not ask us for a refund if your child does not warm up 100% on week 1. We are a small business and we guarantee classes to our awesome teachers based off of who signs up. We are willing to give credits to a future season or camp in rare circumstances that your schedule changes and you are unable to come.
