Omnia Dance Studio Policies
Please Read Carefully.
By creating and account and registering for classes you agree to the below statements. I agree that if my dependent or I engage in any physical exercise, class, or activity on the premises or any venue where we participate as representatives of Omnia dance we do so at our own risk. We agree that we are voluntarily participating in activities and use of said facilities, premises and designated performance venues. We assume all risk of injury, illness, damage, or loss to us or our property that might result, including, without limitation, any loss or theft of any personal property. We agree that this consent and assumption of risk statement covers each and every event or activity sponsored by Omnia Dance. We agree to release and discharge you, namely, Omnia Dance and your affiliates and related parties and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, instructors, insurers, shareholders, owners, and operators from any and all liability and any and all claims, demands and causes of action of any kind whatsoever that we may have arising out of our participation in a program or related activity, including as a result of negligence. We agree that we are to be held financially responsible for all fees associated with our dance account. We acknowledge that we have carefully read this Waiver and Release and fully understand that it is a release of liability and financial commitment.
ATTIRE
Ballet - pink tights, ballet slippers and a bodysuit (any colour) Jazz - bodysuit (any colour) tights & shorts optional
Hip hop - loose fitted clothing and sneakers
Acro - fitted stretchy clothing
HOLIDAYS
We will be closed on Thanksgiving Monday, Christmas Break, March Break, Good Friday, and Victoria Day Weekend. Holidays will be posted on the website and on bulletin boards around the studio. ( Please see our calendar for more info)
BAD WEATHER
In case of a winter storm, an email will be sent out and our social medias will be updated by 2:00 pm on weekdays and after 8:00am on weekends. Follow us on Instagram: omniadance and Facebook: omniadance
DROP OFF POLICY
We kindly ask that dancers are dropped off a few minutes early and picked up promptly at the end of their classes. We do have a front lobby area that parents may wait in, if they wish. We thank you for your cooperation in this regard. In the interest of safety, when dropping off in the parking lot, please pull into a parking space rather than stopping in the middle.
FOOD AND DRINK
Omnia dance is a peanut safe environment. Please do not pack snacks with peanuts, nuts, etc. Food and drink are permitted in the student lounge/lobby/changeroom only. We promote a healthy lifestyle in our studio, please do not bring pop or fast food items in the studio. Please ensure all garbage is thrown away after.
ABSENCES
Please make every effort to attend all regularly scheduled classes. When you miss lessons you fall behind and make it difficult for the group to progress. There are no refunds for any missed classes, but there are frequently opportunities to make up classes.Please be sure to send us an email to info@omniadance.ca to let us know if your child will be missing class.
Year end Recital
The year-end show gives all the students in the school the opportunity to perform on stage in front of an audience. Students practice routines to perform on stage during their weekly scheduled class time. Date announced early January.

Class tuition ( full year, September - May)
30 minute class - $265 45 minute class - $340 60 minute class - $465
Registration fee (due at the time of registration)

*NOTE* IF PAYING MONTHLY PAYMENTS ARE DUE AND WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE WITHDRAWN ON THE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH SEPTEMBER 2019- MAY 2020
IF PAYING TUITION IN FULL, IT WILL BE DUE UPON SUBMISSION.
