*Please note that CDC Studios. fees are payable by Cash, Bank Transfer or Credit Card/Debit Card (with a surcharge of 1.2%) at the start of each term.
*The student is enrolled until the end of 2022 unless we receive notice of cancellation of their class in writing, then the termination will be taken as of the next term.
* Fees are paid per term and not refunded if classes missed or cancelled
* A costume deposit of $30 for the end of year performance is added to Term 2 and 3 invocies and the balance is added to the Term 4 invocie. The costume deposit is non-refundable.
*Fees are non-refundable
*Fees are due at the start of each term and must be paid by the due date or a $27.50 late fee will be charged.
*Students will not be able to return to class if fees are not paid.
*CDC Studios reserves the right to refuse admission to any student whose fees remain unpaid.
* For any missed classes, CDC Studios. offers make-up classes within the same term but has a NO Refund or Credit Policy.
*Dancing and Acrobatics is a strenuous activity from which injuries may arise.
* I agree that while while CDC Studios takes all care in the conduct of it's classes, it is in no way responsible for injury or loss caused during classes or whilst participants are at or near the studio. I am responsible for ensuring that I am physically and medically fit for class and during the class I must take care at all times of my own personal safety.
* I understand that classes at CDC Studios. may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury.
* I give permission to Mel Coady, of CDC Studios, to use my child's photographs and videos in publications, advertisements and websites.
