We require a 2-month minimum before any student can withdraw from classes
A 30-day written notice is required to withdraw from a class and discontinue financial obligations.
We reserve the right to withdraw any customer, without refunds, at any time of the year, due to non-attendance and/or non-compliance with Legacy Dance Academy policies.
All withdrawals must be in writing and submitted by the 1st of each month. (For example, if you want to withdraw in November, you must submit your notice in writing no later than October 1st.) Notices received later than the first will count towards the following month. (Example: withdrawal notice sent after October 1st, December 1st would be the withdrawal date)
