HYBRID CLASS PARTICIPATION

The balance of in-person and zoom classes will be used throughout the year to take classes. This format allows for the safety of our team and students. We reserve the right to host classes via zoom when we feel it necessary. This decision increases the value of our service. It does not not decrease the amount of tuition and will ensure we can maintain safety in our building.
In allowing my child to participate in the Maryland Academy of Dance Online activities, I hereby assume all the risks associated with such activity.
I recognize it is my duty to provide my child with a suitable space to learn and practice in, with a floorspace of at least 6 feet that is free of clutter.
I understand the importance of myself and my child following the instructions and rules set by their instructor/s, and I agree to release The Maryland Academy of Dance and it’s employees of any and all liability which may arise as a result of my child’s participation in activities at home, under the guidance of MAD, LLC.
Failure to adhere to the rules and instructions of the MAD staff could lead to injuries, which would be the sole responsibility of the student and their family.
I understand that my dancer must be dressed in academy uniform. Zoom classes will begin on time and students who are 5 mins late will NOT be admitted into classes. Cameras must be on for their teachers to give them feedback and they are able to fully participate in the process.
