Tuition and Policy

*TUITION*
Monthly tuition will be due on the 1st of each month. Statements are issued to families monthly.
Tuition is not adjusted or prorated for those weeks in which the studio is closed (fall break, Thanksgiving break, winter break, spring break, ect) or for student absences, inclement weather, or the length of the month. Tuition will be prorated if a student registers in the middle of the month.
*LATE FEE*
A $25.00 late fee will be added to all accounts not paid on or before the 10th of the month. If an account is more than 30 days past due, the student will be dropped from the class. In order to enroll in the future, the account must be paid in full and a new registration fee will be collected.
*REGISTRATION FEES*
Student registration fees are due upon registration at the beginning of each dance season. The registration period is for the entire dance year. Registration fees are non-refundable.
*RETURNED CHECKS*
A $30 fee will be assessed for all returned checks, plus any applicable late fees.
*WITHDRAWAL*
Written communication is required for a student to be withdrawn from a class. If notice is received after the 20th of the month, the family will be responsible for the following months tuition.
*AUTO-PAY*
All BDA company members will be required to be enrolled in auto pay for their tuition. Recreational parents also have the option to enroll in auto-pay. Auto-pay will be ran on the 1st of every month.
