Registration & Tuition Due Dates
Due at time of registration: New dancers $35 (non-refundable) registration fee
Continuous dancers, a yearly registration fee of $20 (non-refundable)
Registration fee payments hold your child’s place for the entire dance season, forbidding any injuries or illnesses. If a student does not attend class(es) for 1 month without any notice, the registration fee is no longer active and a spot will no longer be held in the class for the student. All tuition payments are non-refundable unless a student is excused from classes due to an injury or illness, with a doctor’s note provided. Tuition payments are due on the first class of each month
Payments
> All tuition must be paid by the 12th of the month to avoid a late fee. If an account is outstanding for more than 45 days, your child may not attend classes until the balance is brought current. All accounts must be current for your child to participate in recitals. All checks should be made payable to Miss Monet's Dance Studio with the dancers full name and payment reason in the memo section. All payments received will be applied to the oldest charges owed on the account.
For example- If tuition is past due, and a payment is received on time for a costume deposit, that payment will be applied to the outstanding tuition balance. This policy applies to all accounts
Refunds
>No tuition refunds for missed or dropped classes. Monthly tuition must be maintained to hold your place in class unless there is a medical reason provided by a dancer's
doctor.
>No costume refunds. Due to costume company policies there are no refunds on costumes. In order to maintain money back you must sell your costume to another student. Please refer to the costume company refund policy page for more information.
Late Fees
>A $5 late fee will be added for each week late to accounts paid after the 16th of the month. Late fees will not be deleted. A $20 charge will be added to accounts for any checks or auto-pay accounts returned.
