I understand and will follow the dress code. I also understand that tuition payment is due at the 1st of every month, no prorates for missed classes or holidays will be available. I also acknowledge that I need to give a 30 day notice to drop a class or will be responsible for the next months tuition.
Tuition is due the first class of each month. We only guarantee 30 lessons per class per season. A full month’s tuition is due September 2022-June 2023 and does not vary due to the number of classes per month. Tuition cannot be prorated, refunded or transferred. You must give 30 day written notice when dropping a class during the session or tuition will still be due.
Late fee of $5 per class per week will be added after the 2nd class of each month for all outstanding balances. Dancers with an open balance will not be allowed to perform. Dancers with on open balance passed 45 days will not be allowed to participate in class.
$30 fee will be charged for any insufficient funds
