Covid-19 Waiver

I am aware that my child's participation in this activity may involve interaction that could potentially lead to the exposure of the Covid-19 virus. I understand that Elite Dance Center will take every precaution to prevent this from happening but have no control of whether someone is exposed outside of the studio.
Elite Dance Center will follow CDC guidelines regarding exposure at the studio.
