CARE OF STUDENTS
1. Danbury Dynamic Dance & Fitness LLC is not responsible for students outside of their assigned class time. We do not provide before or after care for students.
2. Students should be dropped off and picked up within 5 minutes of their scheduled class time.
3. Studio doors open and close 15 minutes prior and after to the first and last class of the day.
SAFER STUDIO POLICY
1. DDF Danbury requires all staff and students to stay home when they are ill. To reduce community spread of Coronavirus and other illnesses, we follow best practices and recommendations from our local health department. DDF Danbury understands that, unlike older children and adults, young children cannot always be expected to maintain social distancing. Therefore, DDF Danbury focuses on a hierarchy of measures beginning with keeping ill people home, followed by frequent hand cleaning and good hygiene practices, amplified cleaning, and curricular and facility adaptations to minimize contact and mingling where possible. All studio classes are backed by an online learning platform. In the event a class is unable to be held at the studio for an extended period, classes will convert to an online learning platform until in-studio classes can resume.
2. DDF Danbury reserves the right to change our safety precautions at any time following our local health department's advisory.
LIABILITY WAIVER
As a participant or as a parent/guardian of a participant of Danbury Dynamic Dance & Fitness LLC, I recognize and acknowledge that certain risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury may result from my or my child’s participation with Danbury Dynamic Dance & Fitness LLC. I agree to waive and relinquish all claims against Danbury Dynamic Dance & Fitness LLC and its faculty members. In case of an accident or sickness, I consent to emergency medical care for myself and or my child to be provided by ambulance or hospital personnel. I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and other contagious diseases and viruses and voluntarily assume the risk that I and/or my children may be exposed to or infected by attending and participating at Danbury Dynamic Dance & Fitness LLC. I understand such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and other contagious diseases and viruses may result from the actions, omission, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, faculty, volunteers, and program participants and their families. I also consent and understand Danbury Dynamic Dance & Fitness LLC reserves the right to use any photos or videos taken while participating in activities associated with the company.
