Tuition will remain the same whether it is a 5 lesson month or a 3 lesson month regardless of absences. Tuition is due on the first of every month. A late fee of $25.00 will be added to your account on the 7th of the month.Accounts must be paid in full to participate in recital or to register for a new dance season. Every family is required to pay a $130 recital fee. A Costume deposit of $40.00 per student per class is due by October 1st. The final payment will be due on December 1st. costume fees are nonrefundable. costumes will not be ordered without full payment. A $10.00 late fee per costume will be added every 10 days payment is late. NSF fee is $35.00 and will be added to your account for any returned check. WITHDRAWAL MUST BE DON IN PERSON AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OVER THE PHONE OR EMAIL. PLEASE NOT A STUDENT WILL BE CONSIDERED A STUDENT AND BILLED ACCORDINGLY UNTIL THE OFFICE IS NOTIFIED IN PERSON. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BALANCE THAT IS DUE.
We, the staff at Ingram School of Dance, recognize our obligation to make sure our students and their parents are aware of the risks involved in the sport of dance. By agreeing to the waiver, you release Ingram School of Dance and all its employees from all claims on account of any injury which may be sustained by you or your child while attending any dance class, event or outside performance.
I have read though all payment information, deadlines, rules and regulations, very carefully and accept the terms. I understand I will owe a monthly tuition due by the 1st of every month or a $25 late fee will be added.
