Registration: Each student must have a completed and signed Registration form, as well as paid registration fee to secure the student’s spot with Studio365 Athletic Arts.

Tuition: Tuition is calculated for the Dance Year, which runs September to June, based on a student’s weekly number of class hours. Tuition is split up into 10 payments, due the first week of each month.
A 10% discount will be given for paying the yearly tuition in full.
A 5% discount will be given for paying tuition in half-year increments, with the half-year being defined as
September - January and February - June.
A multiple student discount of 10% off the student with the least weekly hours.
A $15 late fee will be applied if a payment is not made by the 15th of the month for each month of late payment.
Acceptable forms of payment are cash, credit card or checks payable to “Studio365”.
A $50 fee will be applied for any checks that bounce. Tuition is due regardless of attendance.
Make-ups will be scheduled for classes that miss more than 3 classes due to weather closings.
The studio will announce closings on the 365 Athletic Arts/Mom & Dad Facebook group and email.

Attendance: Attendance is important to your child’s growth, as well as the group dynamic. Tardiness and absences impact the entire class as they learn the choreography for the recital. Your child should arrive a few minutes prior to the start of class to prepare. If unprepared or late, it is the Instructor’s discretion to decide if the child can participate.
If your child misses 3 consecutive classes during recital season, he/she will be pulled from the performance with no refund on tuition or costume payments. If your child will be absent, let Studio365 know by texting/calling 315-534-4961, or post in Facebook Group 365 Athletic Arts/Moms & Dads. When your child is absent, it does NOT change the cost of tuition. If you intend to disenroll your child from a class, and wish to be relieved of responsibility of tuition, you must provide a written notice to the studio. Tuition is required until the date of the notice. No refunds of tuition paid will be given.

Class Attire: All dancers must come to class in proper attire, footwear with hair pulled back, preferably in a neat ballet bun. Leotards, tights, footwear and Studio365 apparel can be purchased at Studio365 at a discounted rate.

Costume Fees: Costumes for the June recital are an additional cost. A deposit is required for each student by November 1st, and these costs vary between classes. Costume balances must be paid in full in order for you to receive the costume(s).

Studio Behavior: The studio is a learning environment. It is important that all students and adults understand and practice proper behavior while in the studio or representing the studio at all times. If a student or adult is disruptive, he/she will be asked to sit out or leave.

We have a closed door policy. This allows us to keep distractions to a minimum, and keeps the class moving. You will be invited to watch the children during the last class of the month for the last few minutes.
The studio is a business, please keep your children that are not in class with you at all times. No unauthorized adults or children may be behind the desk or in the back room.

Do not take videos or pictures without permission of the instructor. Choreography is their artwork. When unfinished pieces are put out there when it is not ready, it reflects the studio, the instructor and the student.

We ask that you encourage your child to practice at home, not just in the studio.
