Full Dance Season Commitment (Sept-June)

The majority of our dancers take part in our Full Dance Season for best overall experience and opportunities. Our full season dance season runs September - June. Charges are based on the full dance season (10 months) and this level of commitment for our related annual performances and opportunities. Please refer to our Financial and related Policies.
Summer, Session Classes and other Activities may have similar policies.
Our studio has a 30 day notice to drop/withdraw from classes and related activities.
Withdrawals January 1st or later are still responsible for outstanding balances/charges for the full dance season who pay monthly. Drops of other classes and activities may also be included in this policy.
We have a very high retention rate for our full dance season. However, if you are encountering difficulties please speak to us so we may assist. For our younger and new to our studio dancers there are many strategies we can offer to help with any transition concerns. It's not uncommon for younger dancers to go through challenges attending classes and participating fully at times. While we hate to see any of our dancers withdraw from class, please reach out so we can try to help.
