Legal Release and Policy Acceptance
We will notify you if there is no available space in the class. Please check our website www.Krystalsdancecentre.com for up-to-date info and to see if classes are filled. Registration Fee $30 per student. 1st Month's Tuition Must be paid at the time of registration. Tuition will not be discounted if you dancer joins after the classes begin. All dancers will be billed in equal installments. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in class involves a risk of injury and I do hereby assume and accept risk inherent to the above named participant’s activities at Krystal’s Dance Centre. I also agree to hold Krystal’s Dance Centre, it’s owners, employees and/or agents harmless for any loss or damage to my property and for injury and/or injuries, which might be sustained by me while participating in an activity at Krystal & Natale’s Dance Centre. I understand that it is my responsibility to maintain insurance coverage for myself or any medical expenses that might be incurred during my enrollment at Krystal’s Dance Centre by their agents. I have read the above and understand that it is not a contract: however, my signature indicated by understanding of Krystal’s Dance Centre assumption of risk policies and is given as part of the consideration for services rendered by Krystal’s Dance Centre and their agents. I grant Krystal’s Dance Centre my permission to use photographs for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use. Tuition will be billed in equal installments. May and June tuition will be due together no later than May 1st. There is no 1 class rate. Classes are billed as listed per month and are due no later than the 7th of each month. After the 7th of the month, tuition will increase 20% per class. After 30 days of non-payment the student will not be allowed to participate in class. Payments made after the 7th of the month will automatically be billed extra 20% per class. * Payments are accepted in the form of credit card or cash ONLY. We do not accept personal checks. There will be a convenience fee for all credit card transactions. All costume fees and competition fees must be paid in cash at the studio. Returned check fee of $45 for all returned checks. We provide each dance family with a Portal account this will allow you access to your own account, make payments, register for classes, and more! Accounts with autopay set up will be run on the last business day of each month. We require an email address to pass other information along to you . Please make sure we are updated if your email changes or you are no longer receiving emails. Breaks: You will be notified by Email and flyers in the waiting area of our scheduled breaks. We follow the school calendar with,Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Winter, Spring break & Memorial Day. SNOW DAYS If School is closed for a snow day, Krystal’s Dance Centre is automatically closed . If after school activities are canceled due to weather ,the studio will also be closed. MISSED CLASSES: There are NO refunds for missed classes. A class will only be scheduled a makeup day if the teacher needs to cancel. Group classes will be scheduled for any private or semi-private missed lessons. If the class is canceled by the teacher a makeup class will be assigned to students. We do the best we can to notify you through our website, email and our Facebook page if classes are canceled due to bad weather or any other uncontrollable circumstance. COVID-19 Notice and Acknowledgement Of Risk Form The Covid-19 Virus is a serious and highly contagious disease. The world health organization has classified it as a pandemic. Our business wants to insure that you are aware of the additional risks of contracting Covid-19 and know Krystal's Dance Centre is not liable for any diseases including Covid-19 while you or your dancer participates in dance class or any activities planned. I confirm that I have read the notice above and understand and accept that there is a risk of contracting Covid-19 or any other virus while at Krystal's Dance Centre. COSTUMES & RECITALS All students MUST have a costume ordered by the dance studio to be in the recital. A $50 Costume deposit is due no later than November 1st. Competition costumes must be paid in full no later than November 1st. Costume fees must be paid in cash at the studio and cannot be paid through the portal. Once you order a costume you are obligated to pay for it in full. Costumes are custom-made and cannot be canceled once they are ordered. Costume balances will be due by February 1st. Recital costumes cannot be home sewn. Any costume worn for performance MUST be ordered through the studio. Costumes that need alterations will be the responsibility of the student/guardian. Costumes will be handed out after the end of the year balance is paid in full. All students MUST have a costume ordered by the dance studio to be in the recital. Costumes will be handed out after the end of the year balance is paid in full. If a Competition student withdraws from competition a fee of up to $250 will be charged to that student. Refunds will not be provided for classes, competition fees, or costumes that have already been charged. Recital Tickets will be available to purchase a few weeks before our recital. This will help pay for auditorium rental, programs, backstage help, backdrops, lighting, sound, & ext . Everyone who is entering the auditorium will need a ticket. All dancers will remain in our backstage area. Classes are broken into equal installments regardless of how many classes are in a month. May & June tuition will be due together no later than May 1st.
All Regular Dance Classes - $60 /Month, 1 Costume @$95
All Acro-Tumble Classes - $70/Month, 1 Costume @$95
Petite/Mini Competition Class - $90/Month, 2 Costumes @$100
Jr. Competition Class- $100 /Month 3 Costumes @ 100
Teen Competition Class - $110 /Month 3 Costumes @$110
Private Tuition - $1200 /year (September-June) or 2 semester payments of $600 each - due August 15th and February 1st. Add $250 to work 2 routines- Times will be scheduled once the 1st semester is paid in full. Costume @ $110 per dance.
Semi-Private Tuition - $1000/ year (September-June) or 2 semester payments of $500 each - due August 15th and February 1st. Add $250 to work 2 routines.
-All competition classes will compete in at least 2 competitions in the spring. The number of dances taken to the competition will vary by team. Fees are collected and due November 1st.
-Competition Choreography- Solo $500/Duet $400 Per Student/ Group-5 or more $300 Per Student
(4 hours of rehearsal time, choreography, and edited music.)
Private/semi private and competition choreography Costumes $110 each
All tuition is non—refundable. Class prices do not change if there are more or fewer weeks in a month. Returned check fee of $45 for all returned checks.
Students using Direct Billing- Classes are billed per season. Billing can be broken down into a monthly rate. Direct Billing first class rate- $80/Month
Direct Billing second class and on rate- $70/Month (Per class)
Direct Billing Private rate- $1300 or two payments of $650 (September-June)
Unlimited classes per month- $300
(does not include private and semi-private classes.)
