There will be a 15% late fee added to all outstanding balances on the 8th of each month. This includes program payments, as well as other unpaid fees such as costume fees or performance fees.
All accounts 60 days past due will be turned over for collections.
Should you decide to terminate enrollment, you will be held responsible for the remaining balance of the full 12 month program you have enrolled in.

PERFORMANCES & PRODUCTIONS
Performances are not mandatory, but encouraged, as it helps all dancers become comfortable with the stage and provides dancers the opportunity to share what they have learned with their friends & family.
All performances will require a performance fee and a costume fee for each additional costume the student will need.
If you are cast in a production, you are required to attend rehearsals. Failure to do so will result in replacement without reimbursement.
Production Rehearsal schedules are posted in the Studio Calendar. Schedules are subject to change without notice so it is recommended that you bookmark the page and check often for schedule updates. The calendar can be accessed at www.pdtdancearts.com/studiocalendar

COSTUMES
All costumes are ordered through the studio.
When you sign up for a performance, you will be asked what size costume you would like us to order for your dancer. If your costume arrives and it is the incorrect size you will be responsible for any alterations.
Costumes will not be released until the costume balance is paid for in full.
If a costume is not paid for in time for a performance, that student will not perform.

ETIQUETTE
The PDT dress code can be found on the PDT website at www.pdtdancearts.com/dresscode. Students who show up for class not dressed in the proper class attire will be asked to observe class. This includes having the hair secure and the proper shoes for the class. The dress code is strictly enforced.
Classroom etiquette is of extreme importance. If a student is being disruptive they will be asked to leave class for that day without reimbursement or the option for a make up class. When a student is disruptive it takes time away from the other students in class who are also paying to take class, therefore, disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Common area etiquette is of equal importance. Dancers and parents are expected to display respectful behavior to other patrons and property when in the common area of the studio. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action being taken.
No Food or uncovered beverages will be permitted in the dance rooms, music room or the lobby. Students may eat in the break room or outside only.
Water bottles with closable lids are permitted in the dance rooms.
Gum chewing will not be permitted during class. For your safety we ask that you dispose of it before class.
Students must arrive in a timely manner to prepare for class, and must be picked up promptly following their last class.
Smart Watches, jewelry and other loose items that can be hazardous to dancers are prohibited during class time.
