OTHER FEES
Performance fees are required to be included in all performances. Performance fees are non-refundable.
One costume fee is included in the performance fee. All additional costumes will have an additional charge.
Class appropriate shoes, tights, and dance wear may be ordered online through our website at www.pdtdancearts.com/dresscode

PERFORMANCES
Performances are not mandatory, but encouraged, as it helps all performers become comfortable with the stage.
All performances will require a performance fee and a costume fee for each costume the student will need.
If you are cast in a holiday production, you are required to attend rehearsals. Failure to do so will result in replacement without reimbursement.
Rehearsal schedules are posted in the Studio Calendar. Schedules are subject to change without notice so it is recommended that you bookmark the page and check often for schedule updates. The calendar can be accessed at www.pdtdancearts.com/studiocalendar

ETIQUETTE
The PDT dress code can be found on the PDT website at www.pdtdancearts.com/dresscode. Students who show up for class not dressed in the proper class attire will be asked to observe class. This includes having the hair secure and the proper shoes for the class. The dress code is strictly enforced. Dancing in socks is strictly prohibited.
Classroom etiquette is of extreme importance for the health and safety of all of our dancers. If a student is being disruptive they will be asked to leave class for that day without reimbursement or the option for a make up class. When a student is disruptive it takes time away from the other students in class who are also paying to take class, therefor, disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Rehearsals for all performances are mandatory. If you can not commit to the rehearsals, please request a role that will require less rehearsal time.

COMPETITION TEAM
Admission to the PDT competitive team is by audition only.
A Parent Information Meeting will be held prior to auditions each season for new and returning students.
Students who chose to audition for the Competition Team will be given an informational packet with a list of privileges and responsibilities on the day of the parent meeting.

PRIVATE LESSONS
Private lessons are by instructor and room availability and must be scheduled with the instructor. Once scheduled, that private lesson time slot will belong to that student.
If you have a private lesson time slot and decide you no longer wish to keep that time slot, it will be given to another student.
Payment for private lessons is at the instructor's discretion. Payment for the full month must be submitted directly to that instructor the first lesson of the month. Because private lessons do not go through the studio, all private lessons must be paid in advance.
There are no refunds for missed private lessons. You may only make-up a private lesson if you have given 24hrs notice of cancellation. If you miss the first private lesson for the month without 24 hrs notice you are responsible for payment for that lesson.
There will be a $10 studio rental fee per month for each 30 minute time slot added to your monthly payment.

All costumes are ordered through the studio, with the exception of solo costumes.
All custom costumes for students of PDT will go through PDT. PDT will provide the costumes appropriate for the shows and/or competition pieces.
