Fayetteville: Ihereby commit to pay a $35, $25 for returning students) annual enrollment fee at time of new student appointment/at studio designated time for full year. I also understand that my tuition is due, on auto pay, each month on the 24th to cover the next month. I consent to this and understand my withdrawal from the school must be written and submitted by email to info@tdaarmy.com. I understand if I withdraw from the school prior to the end of term I will pay 1 month tuition to ensure my dancers spot has time to be filled.
