WELCOME TAYLOR&CO FAMILIES TO OUR 2019-2020 SEASON OF DANCE!
Thank you for choosing us as your dancers educators this year! We couldn't be more thrilled to be into our 2nd year of dance at our Zelienople location, with such a wonderful group of young students that we are blessed to have the opportunity to teach our passion to. All new and returning dance families we value your choice to dance with us, and we promise the highest quality education with the very best faculty. Collectively our staff members share the common goal to create a positively empowering experience to each and every student they teach. TUITION IS DUE ON THE PORTAL ^ THE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH.
We accept payment through our portal (visa, auto-pay, pay pal) , and by cash in person only! Late payments over 7 days of due date will accrue a $25 late fee.

ON THE DAYS LEADING UP TO HALLOWEEN LISTED HERE

DURING REGULAR CLASS TIMES ALL WILL ENJOY A FUN CLASS FILLED WITH HALLOWEEN THEMED DANCING, GAMES, MUSIC, AND MORE!!
-all are encouraged to dress up for halloween during these classes.
-PARENTS are welcome (but not mandated) to bring a treat for your child's dance class members + 1 friend. Food or non food goodie are welcome unless otherwise notified by the end of this week. Please tell us (in reply to this email) and the students teachers the day of the party about any allergies that would effect treat choices or the students health!
Teachers will invite parents to come in to distribute their treat to the classroom when it is time!!

There will be more info provided for each event/date listed below closer to the event/date. Remember throughout our season of dance do not hesitate to let us know, ask questions about the following that is listed, or anything at all we might have missed in our timeline!! Please check these dates carefully, add them to your calendars, and look out for emails to explain further if need be.
We try our hardest to give you these dates so you can feel at ease by understanding exactly the year in a nutshell. Please do understand that the dates shown below are always subject to change at anytime during our dance year for any reason.
*OCT/31* HAPPY HALLOWEEN!! trick or treat *NO CLASSES
*NOV/14* DANCE RECITAL FEES DUE $135
-INCLUDES 1 DVD, 1 T-SHIRT, 1 RECITAL COSTUME, ACCESSORIES, AND 1 PAIR OF TIGHTS.
-$115ea. sibling discount. (does not include a second DVD)
-Extra DVDS $35ea
-Extra recital T-shirts are $15ea.

*DEC/05*TBD* Miracle on main street- A POSSIBLE PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL (more details to come on how to be a part of this fun)
*DEC/16-DEC/19* WINTER HOLIDAY DANCE CLASS PARTIES
(ask your teacher how your child's class will be celebrating and what to bring)
*DEC/23- JAN/05* WINTER BREAK (HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!)

*JAN/07* OFFICE RE-OPENS (email, phone, etc)
*JAN/30* ALL ADDITIONAL RECITAL COSTUME FEES DUE
-Each age/level- total dances in the recital.
Toddler classes 1- Preschool classes 2- Kinderdance classes 2- Hip Hop (all ages) 1 - Junior classes- 1ea. subject
-The amount due will be added to your portal.
(REMINDER: The recital fee paid in NOV includes 1 costume/accessories/1 pair of tights.)
*MAR/02-MAR/04* ZELIENOPLE PICTURE WEEK-
-Pictures will be taken during your child's normal class time.
-All students in the recital are to get their group and individual pictures taken.
-Previews of pictures will be sent via link to select from to order if you wish.
-Recital program ads including a photo (if selected) must be used from our photographer and will be due when the picture orders will be due.
