Classroom Observation Policy
Viewing Windows
To ensure the safety and well-being of our students, our child protection policy prohibits parents, caregivers, and friends from entering the classrooms during lessons. However, we encourage you to observe classes through the designated viewing windows.
Classroom Entry
If a parent or caregiver enters a classroom to watch, our teachers will kindly ask them to leave. You are welcome to continue observing the class through the viewing windows.
Distractions During Class
Parents are requested not to call out to their children during class, as it can be disruptive to the learning environment and the teacher's ability to manage multiple students effectively.
Respect for Staff
We ask that you respect our staff members, who are responsible for ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for all students. If you need to communicate with the teacher, please wait outside the classroom.
By adhering to these guidelines, we can maintain a secure and focused atmosphere for our students to learn and grow in their chosen activities.
