Please read the following information and familiarize yourself with Flips Gymnastics and Tumbling policies. We are very excited to have your child participating and in order for things to run smoothly we would appreciate cooperation regarding these policies.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Tuition is due on the 1st of every month.
There will be a $10 late fee charged to your account for tuition not received by the 10th of the month.
Tuition includes an average of four classes per month. Some months have more than four classes per month and some will have less. This averages out over the year so the total tuition is due each month.
All students will be charged an annual nonrefundable registration fee, paid at the time of enrollment.
MISSED CLASSES:
Currently enrolled students may make up missed classes by participating in an open gym.
Make up classes must be completed within 4 weeks of absent date.
TERMS:
All tuition is due by the 1st of the month.
You agree to pay all tuition covering your child/children for the months they are enrolled. If your child is not continuing but you forget to notify the gym, you will be charged for the month because your child was still taking a spot in class.
Students may not be allowed to participate in classes if tuition has not been paid.
There will be a $20 charge for any returned checks.
CANCELLATION:
Flips Gymnastics and Tumbling must be notified in writing at least two weeks prior to the end of the month if your child/children is not continuing enrollment in the subsequent month.
PERMISSION:
In consideration of the permission granted to me, or my child, by Flips Gymnastics and Tumbling to participate in gymnastics and tumbling, I do hereby release Flips owners and employees from any and all action, causes of action, damages, claims or demands which I may have against Flips and other above described parties for all personal injuries, damages, claims or the like, known or unknown, which I (for my child) has or may incur by participating as described.
I am fully aware and appreciate the risks, including the risk of catastrophic injury, as well as other damages and losses associated with participation in gymnastics events. I am also aware that Flips Gymnastics and Tumbling reserves the right to remove from their program any child who exhibits behavior that is deemed inappropriate by Flips’ coaches and employees.
As legal parent and/or guardian, I do hereby verify that I fully understand and accept the above conditions for permitting my child to participate in gymnastics with Flips Gymnastics and Tumbling. I also agree to allow my child to receive medical care and treatment if necessary.
