1. Any personal information provided to Carrick-on-Suir Musical Society Performing Arts Academy (COSMS Academy) will be processed by COSMS Academy for the purposes of administration, research, the provision of teaching services in singing, dance and drama, and the organisation of performances. COSMS Academy will not disclose this information to third parties for marketing purposes. COSMS Academy itself may use this information to provide marketing information. If you do not wish to receive marketing information from COSMS Academy please reply to any of these emails with STOP and we will remove you from the Mailing List immediately.
2. Class times, fees, venue details and general ‘need-to-know’ information, will be emailed to the email address submitted.
3. Methods of Payment: Credit or Debit Card, Bank transfer, Automatic Payment, Cheque, Cash
4. Classes take place once a week during the normal academic terms. The term dates for the following term will be made known in writing at the end of each term.
5. Cancellation: If for any reason you wish to cancel, we offer a two week cooling off period. Tuition is not refundable.
6. COSMS Academy reserves the right to make changes to the timetable and to the teaching staff.
7. Class & Camp Fees are reviewed annually.
8. COSMS Academy will from time to time take photographs and film footage of students during class time and in the Annual Show for use in COSMS Academy marketing and publicity material. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed/filmed, please see and tick "photo's opt out" section above.
9. Students participate at their own risk and are obliged to inform COSMS Academy and its staff of any existing injuries or medical condition.
10. Students are required to wear suitable clothing and footwear to their lessons.
11. Students are obliged to take care of their own belongings. COSMS Academy can accept no liability for lost or damaged belongings.
12. The liability of COSMS Academy and that of its staff is restricted to class time only and then only to gross negligence.
13. Each child attends class of their own free will and are fully aware of any risks associated with Covid-19. We the Carrick-on-Suir Musical Society Performing Arts Academy can not be held responsible should any child start showing symptoms, or contract any illness, virus or infection. HSE guidelines and recommendations made by staff must be followed at all times to ensure the safety of all. Parents agree to not send their child to class if they have been in contact within their own household of a confirmed case of Covid-19 within 14 days of class or are displaying any Covid 19 symptoms
