Prior to beginning the daily suggested workout routines or any exercise of your own make sure to consider your safety. If there is any medical reason or otherwise that prevents you from doing any of these activities, either modify or complete a different physical activity if possible.
As with all exercise programs, when using our YDA exercise videos or attending live Zoom classes, you need to use common sense to reduce and avoid injury. By performing any fitness exercises, you are performing them at your own risk. The York Dance Academy will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of our online fitness classes, videos, or information shared on our website. This includes emails, videos and text. Thanks for your understanding.
If you need some suggestions for modifications, please contact us via email. If you begin workout but feel you are unable to complete it, stop and either continue after a short rest or discontinue completely. The main idea of these activities is to keep YDA dancers exercising in strange and restrictive circumstances. Discontinue activities if you feel pain shortness of breath or anything irregular and let an adult know immediately.
