Le Pas de Danse Safety Protocols

1. PLEASE SELF SCREEN! We ask that if students have even mild symptoms of a Flu: Cough, fever, runny nose, sore throat, breathing problems, vomiting or diarrhea that they please stay home.
2. Dancers who need help with their dance attire/body suit specifically for toileting or need any toileting help must have an adult stay in the lobby to attend to this.
I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren) or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my child(ren)’s attendance at Le Pas de Danse Studio or participation in Programs hosted by Le Pas de Danse Studio in other locations as well. On my behalf, and on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Le Pas de Danse Studio, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
I have read, understand, and agree to the above terms of participation and the assumption of risk of participation and release all liability.
