Upon enrolment DDS will collect personal information from you to ensure the safety of your student. This information is stored confidentially and under passcode with only the studio director and receptionist having access. DDS strictly protects the security of your personal information and honors your choices for its intended use. We will never pass your personal information to a third party unless required by government authorities, sale of business or in the event of debt recovery. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. You are entitled to review the personal information you have provided us and ensure that it is accurate and current at all times. To review or update this information simply contact DDS.
