Photo & Video Waiver

The account user, a registrant or the guardian of a registrant in the 2022/2023 performance year, hereby gives consent to have still photos and video taken for advertising and/or in-studio purposes. All KaRAR performances are video recorded as well as photographed. These videos or photographs are sold to studio families and may be used in promotional materials; as well, in-class video may be taken and shared with students via private group sharing (including but not limited to the KPA app and social media websites). I understand that if photo and video of the registrant cannot be shared for any reason, I have the responsibility to notify KaRAR Performing Arts administration as soon as I am reasonably able so that the appropriate steps can be taken to ensure the privacy of the registrant.
