Blue Membership Terms and Conditions.

1. I understand that my price structure will remain in line with Groove Dance and Cheerleading’s Blue Membership.

2. I understand I was emailed a copy of the Blue Membership price structure for reference.

3. I understand that Groove Dance and Cheerleading’s current Timetables will show a different price structure to my Blue Membership. A copy of the Blue Membership can be found in my portal under email history.

4. I understand that if my child/children give notice to Groove Dance and Cheerleading I will no longer receive the Blue Membership if they return to classes. Instead, tuition will follow the Groove Dance and Cheerleading’s timetable and prices for that time.

5. I understand if a new enrolment is a sibling of a current student they will be added to my Blue Membership.

6. I understand that if my AutoPay Payments fail and fall more than 3 weeks behind in tuition, I will be contacted by Groove Dance and Cheerleading’s administration team and will be given 7 days to amend the outstanding amount owed.

7. I understand if I am unable to pay the outstanding amount and have not made an agreement with Groove Dance and Cheerleading’s administration team then I will no longer receive the Blue Membership and will be swapped to the studio timetable of that time.
