Fundraising/Sponsorship

I understand that in no way are required to participate in any studio fundraisers or sponsorships. I am aware that if I so chose to do so, that the following policy applies.

Any monies that are earned by way of fundraising and/or sponsors are not refundable to the student's account in monetary form. The funds are not retroactive to fees paid on the account and can only be used in studio form such as tuition, costumes, competition fees, etc. I am aware that any funds not turned into the studio for a "studio or student" fundraiser is considered fraud and could possibly result in no longer being able to participate in studio fundraisers or earnings and could result in prosecution. I also understand that the studio in no way guarantees any amount of funds from any given fundraiser.

*You can view the full set of studio policies on our website before acknowledging this policy or ask for a paper copy, however dancers will not be allowed class participation after a trial class until this waiver has been acknowledged.
