-Parents are responsible for their child’s behaviour and their safety whilst on our premises, including parking lots, bathrooms, waiting areas etc.
-Before and after class the parent/guardian is fully responsible for their child. Teacher supervision only extends to students in class. Therefore it is essential you are there on time to pick up your child. No child will be allowed to leave the building unless accompanied by a parent.
-Fees and full costume payments will be required to be finalised in order for your child to participate in our end of year concert and to receive their costume. If you are not wanting to participate in concert, you must let us know via email or text before Term 2 commences or you will be obliged to pay the costume fees
-No food or drink, with the exception of water, is to be brought into class. Under no circumstances are any nut products to be brought into the studio and waiting room by any parent, student, sibling or relative.
-Parents MUST wait outside or in the parent waiting room during every lesson to avoid distraction. (excluding Creative Babies class) Parents may sit in and watch in the last week of Term 1 and 2.
-NO CHEWING GUM - Correct uniform is COMPULSORY
-There will be no fees refunded for lessons that have not been attended due to sickness, family holiday etc.
-If enrolment is terminated ALL outstanding fees MUST be paid in full by their due date.
-Students are entered for exams and eisteddfod entirely at Teacher’s discretion.
-At Creative Edge everyone will be treated with respect and kindness. Aggressive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
-All overdue invoices will be charged a compulsory overdue fee of $20.00
