PAYMENTS/FEES

1. Students are to be enrolled for termly classes.
2. Termly fees must be paid in full via EFT within the first two weeks of the term. Alternative payment options may be agreed upon through a case-by-case negotiation with Cape Ballet Centre within the first two weeks of the term.
3. Refunds will not be given for non-attendance of classes other than with the provision of a medical certificate.
4. No refunds will be given if a class is cancelled due to a teacher's illness, a health epidemic or any other unforeseen event. In all cases, Cape Ballet Centre will endeavour to reschedule the class. The rescheduled class may differ in time and day from the original schedule, and in some cases it may involve an extension to the term dates.
5. If face-to-face classes are not possible due to a health epidemic or any unforeseen natural or otherwise disaster, classes will be moved online.
6. If a student's termly fees have not been paid in full within the first two weeks of term, the student will not be admitted to any classes until the fees have been paid. (Case-by-case payment options with Cape Ballet Centre notwithstanding.)
