I understand that Momentum Dance, LLC may take pictures and/or video of the child(ren) participating in events and programs. Unless I notify Momentum Dance by email to the contrary, Momentum Dance may use the child(ren)’s photographs, images and/or likeness for any print or web advertising, publications, press releases or other communications or other promotional purposes, including use on Momentum Dance, LLC websites and on social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tik Tok, and Twitter. I authorize the reproduction, sale, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, electronic storage and/or distribution of said photos, videos and sound recordings without limitation at the discretion of Momentum Dance. I specifically waive any right to any compensation I may have for any such use or publication. I hereby release Releasees from any and all liability from such use and publication.
