By enrolling with Ignite Dance Company, you are acknowledging that dance can be a strenuous activity and you agree to accept responsibility for any injuries you or your child(ren) may incur while participating in any activity at Ignite Dance Company. Although Ignite Dance Company and staff will provide the most safe and healthy environment as possible, Ignite Dance Company and its employees are not liable for personal injury, or loss of damage to personal property.
