I permit the use of my child's photo and/or video taken during classes, rehearsals, or performances associated with Dance Specialties, LLC to be used on our social media outlets, our website, and advertisements to promote the studio. Dance Specialties, LLC will never release the names of the students. For students (or parents of students under the age of 18) who do not wish to comply with this policy may opt-out in the waiver section.
