Class Withdrawal Policy

Our Dance Season season runs from September to June.
If you want to withdraw your dancer from class for any reason you must give notice to the studio (by email or phone) in order to allow your spot to be filled from our waitlists.
Withdrawal forms must be filled out or written notice sent to our email - themovementstudio.us@gmail.com, prior to the 1st class of new payment; in order not to be charged for the next month's tuition.
If you do not give notice and withdraw after tuition has been posted for the month you will be responsible for the balance due.
Tuition will be due until the dancer is formally withdrawn from the class.
