-All prior year balances must be paid off at time of registration of a new dance season.

-Tuition is due the 1st of each month, prior to taking that month’s classes. If paying weekly, it must be paid at the time each class is taken. You can pre-pay at any time.

-Costumes are ordered for each class in the recital and range in pricing. We have 3 deposit dates: 10/1, 11/1 and 12/1. The first two deposits are $25 per class taken and the 3rd is the balance of the costume price.

-If a class is cancelled by the studio for weather or emergency, your tuition will be adjusted/prorated for that month.

-If a student misses a class due to sickness, vacation or another reason, you are still responsible for paying for that class. However, we welcome you to make up the class at no additional charge! The front desk can help you pick one suitable for the student’s level and age.

-If you choose to drop a class you must notify us by phone or email immediately. If a student misses 3 consecutive classes without any notice, we assume the student has quit and that student will be dropped from the class and a recital costume will not be ordered. We will of course, exhaust every opportunity to contact his/her family before this happens.

-If you are still enrolled when costumes are ordered, you are responsible for payment for costumes. All balances must be paid off at time of resignation from class.
