Lindance values each dancer, both as an individual and as a dancer. We will make every effort to preserve the safety and security of the dancers. It is our aim to build self-esteem through achievement in dance.
When participating in online or in-person classes you are accepting full responsibility for your child’s safety and well-being- you are assuming all risks and liabilities associated with dance and movement which included but are not limited to the risk of bodily injury or physical discomfort due to physical condition or limitations. Lindance assumes no liability or responsibility for injury or harm suffered while viewing and participating in online or in-person classes. You waive all rights and claims arising from participation in instruction. This includes all officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents of Lindance.
I, the parent or guardian named below, will not hold Lindance or its employees or volunteer staff responsible for any accident or injury which may occur during the time which the dancer, named below, is present at Lindance or taking part in any of its events. I understand that every effort to ensure the safety of my child will be taken while at the school or event. I will not undertake any legal proceedings against Lindance if such accident or injury should occur.
