COVID-19 Protocols/Procedures

I understand the current COVID-19 procedures and protocols which are posted on the On Pointe Dance Center website at the time that I am signing up myself or my child(ren). I understand that should COVID-19 procedures change based on recommendations or requirements from the CDC or Executive Orders that I and/or my child(ren) will be required to abide by the procedures. I also understand that in the event of a mandatory closing or quarantine, classes may be moved to virtual with no discounts or refunds. Should I wish to terminate attendance and withdrawal from the dance season I understand I will need to follow the proper withdrawal policies listed in the Parent Handbook.
