PUBLICATION OF IMAGES
By enrolling my child in a dance class at Marlborough Academy of Dance, I agree to hereby grant the right to use any image, photograph, picture or video captured performance in connection with Marlborough Academy of Dance. This includes granting Marlborough Academy of Dance all rights to reproduce, edit, exhibit or otherwise use any images, photographs, pictures or video captured performances, in whole or in part, in any media publication, Marlborough Academy of Dance website or materials, or other Marlborough Academy of Dance publication.
If you elect not to grant Marlborough Academy of Dance the right to use your child's image, it is your responsibility to remove your child from situations where photos are likely to be taken. Marlborough Academy of Dance does not guarantee that your child's image will not be published as part of a larger group or performance photograph, and by participating in performances or Marlborough Academy of Dance events you automatically waive your rights in respect of such images.
