STUDIO GUIDELINES - Covid Protection Framework RED setting
VACCINE PASS REQUIREMENTS
• All students 12 years + 3 months and over must have a vaccine pass to attend lessons. Dancers please make sure you have your vaccine pass with you at your first lesson. NO PASS – NO DANCING. Once we have checked your pass we will not need to see it again until after your pass expires and you have been issued a new one.
• Parents entering any of our studio venues are also required to show a vaccine pass. At the Stadium please show your pass at the front reception desk. At Auckland St teachers will check passes of any parents coming in to the studios.
DROP OFF , PICK UP & VIEWING CLASSES
• Please drop off & collect from outside main doors of studio venues.
• Parents are NOT permitted in the STADIUM studios in RED setting.
• As highland class numbers are smaller, parents with vaccine passes are permitted to view these classes.
CONTACT TRACING
• Please scan the QR codes outside the studio doors. Dancers, QR codes are also outside all studio doors
• Attendance rolls will be taken at beginning of every class for contact tracing of dancers
HYGIENE AND SANITISING
• Hand sanitiser will be placed inside doors at all studios. Dancers are to use this prior to their class please
PHYSICAL DISTANCING & MASKS
• Dancers please wear masks into the studios. These may be removed while you are dancing
• Physical distancing will be applied where we can
• In Acro classes, where distancing may not be possible dancers are to wear their masks as instructed by their teacher
DANCERS
• Water bottles may be brought into studio but MUST be named
• If you or anyone you live with is unwell, please STAY HOME
ACRO, DANCEFIT & HIGHLAND CONDITIONING CLASSES
• Please bring your own yoga mat or towel to use for floor work
• Highland – please bring your own Sword if you have one
IN THE EVENT OF A POSITIVE COVID CASE OR CLOSE CONTACT
• Please notify us immediately if you have a positive case in your family and/or your dancer is a close contact.
• We have contingency plans in place and classes will be available live via zoom for any dancers who may need to self-isolate at home and are unable to attend their lessons.
