By enrolling my child with Marlborough Academy of Dance I agree to release Marlborough Academy of Dance from all liability relating to injuries that may occur at any Marlborough Academy of Dance studio venue or at any performance or related activity associated with Marlborough Academy of Dance. I agree to hold Marlborough Academy of Dance entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred.
