Registration, Tuition, and Additional Fees

ENROLLMENT IS FOR THE FULL SESSION
The session runs August 14, 2023 to May 17, 2024. Tuition for the full session is divided into 10 installments with a guarantee of at least 30 weeks of classes. Tuition does not vary due to holidays, missed classes, or number of weeks in a month.
ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE AND TUITION
There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee for the first student in each family, $35 for the second student, $15 for the third. Max $100 per family.
At the time of registration, a nonrefundable installment is due. Tuition installments are then due on the first of each month ending May 2024. Payments made after the 15th of the month will incur a late fee of $25. A $50 fee will be applied to all returned checks.
Cash and/or checks are preferred; however, bank draft or credit card is also accepted. Bank Draft is required on your file and can be used for auto-draft payments. A credit card must also be on file as a back-up. If your bank draft is rejected, your credit card on file will be used. If both of these are rejected, payment must be made in cash at the studio with a $50 return fee. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your last payment will be due May 1st.
Tuition does not vary and is not prorated in the event of absences, holidays, days in the month, etc. The Movement Xperience follows the Humble ISD school calendar for holiday closures, breaks, and most weather related closures. There is a guarantee of at least 32 weeks of classes out of 35 dance weeks scheduled. If a day is missed in a week due to a holiday or weather closing, you may make the class up during that week. For instance, due to New Years, Monday students may pick a make-up class during that week back.
Make-up classes are always encouraged. If making up a class, please find one that is most similar to one in which you are enrolled. Please ask your teacher if you are not sure which make-up class is best. You will not be credited for any missed classes.
RECITAL COSTUME FEES AND RECITAL FEES
Recital costumes fees are $90 (plus tax) for all dance classes. These fees will be due February 15th and will automatically be charged to your account if payment is not received beforehand. Costume fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
A Recital fee of $75 per student is due March 15th. This fee will include a T-Shirt, award, pictures, and recital video link. Your account will automatically be charged if payment is not received beforehand. Recital fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Recital Tickets will be available in April. Each audience member will need a ticket.
