Payment Policies and FOP

At CWDC, each and every dancer is an important member of our studio family. We feel that dancers should be taught in a safe, nurturing and positive environment. Below you will find important information regarding our studio's policies and procedures. Please carefully review the information and save a copy for your records.
Monthly Tuition
CW Dance Company will use an online account system. All parents will be required to register through this system. Please expect to receive emails, text messages and phone calls through information given in this account. Please login frequently to stay up to date with information. The annual registration fee of $30 for one dancer and $15 for each additional dancer per family and is due at the time of registration. This will include a pro-rated fee for August's Tuition. Payment is due on the first day of each month and covers that month’s tuition. Accounts not paid by the 10th of the month will be charged a $25.00 late fee. Arrangements can be made for special circumstances. Please contact Corrie before the late period starts.
We accept Cash, Check and Credit Cards, Debit Cards (through Parent Portal) for payment. A $25 charge will be assessed for any returned checks. In the event of two returned checks, only cash or credit card payment will be allowed.
Monthly tuition payments are non-refundable and non-transferable and we do not offer reimbursement or makeup classes for classes missed.
Students will not be allowed to take class if their account is delinquent for more than 30 days. One-month’s notice is required to withdraw from classes. Requests for withdrawal must be submitted in writing no later than the 15th of the month and will be considered effective on the 1st of the following month. If written notice is not received prior to the 15th, your account will be charged the following month’s tuition.
Make-Up Classes
There are no refunds/reimbursements nor can missed classes be applied to subsequent months’ tuition.
If a class is canceled due to weather or other extenuating reason, a make-up class will be scheduled at a later date. An email will be sent to the email address you provided at registration. You can also check our social media accounts for updates.
Attendance/Absences
As with any program, steady attendance is a requirement for success. Failure to meet such requirements can lead to adjustment in level.
Guardians are responsible for communicating absences to the dance studio director or dance instructor directly.
Any student who misses 3 consecutive weeks or more may be required to forfeit their class space.
Excessive absences could result in removal from recital piece.
Rehearsals are mandatory for recital participation.
